I am not very good at F3000. Formula BMW is okay but I think Formula Ford would be fun at Sebring or Road America.

I used to love Formula ford on Toca. great idea, perhaps we should do some fun races between leagues, but please don't mix the mercs, they seems to get in the way in this vid.

Let's decide on Formula Ford mod and lets choose a circuit and a day.

Circuit: I propose the Ruen short layout. The short cut from the long circuit is very pretty and challenging.

Baring in mind we have drivers in North America, South Africa, New Zealand, and Europe I suggest either
1. A Saturday 8PM UCT/GMT.
2. A Sunday 1AM UCT/GMT.
3. A Sunday 7AM UCT/GMT.
4. A week day 6AM UCT/GMT.

UK time is UCT/GMT plus one hour. I have not worked out other drivers local times sorry.

If option 4 is chosen I propose a two week long hotlap challenge to decide the grid order and we then join the server in turn the correct order for the grid and thus avoid qually. This would enable people in Europe to have a quick arrive and drive race before going to work in the morning and would enable drivers in Americas East Coast to go to bed not too late. SA drivers would probably need to take the morning off work though. Therefore I think option 2 would be best. It would be best for me anyway. 1AM UCT Sunday morning would be good for me because I am in the UK and this will help prevent any DRI's (definitions two and three in this link http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=DRI ).

At video timing 0:47 below I turn left onto the short circuit layout.

Nice one Marlowe on getting the ball rolling.
my time zone is GMT +2 (no DST), this will include HamP's and other eastern European countries.
so for me:
1. A Saturday 10PM GMT+2. OK - good for me unless I have Saturday evening plans.
2. A Sunday 3AM GMT+2. I could try if all else fails and provided I don't have plans for Saturday evening to get sleep Smile
3. A Sunday 9AM GMT+2. I normally play tennis this time, but an hour earlier and I could consider
4. A week day 8AM UCT/GMT. I'm already at work Sad

It is difficult to schedule everyone in, even our Sunday evenings is a stretch, Perhaps a week day same time as league on say a Wednesday or Thursday.

I think Saturday 10PM UCT/GMT would be best. We usually practice for league but this would be good practice for the Ruen GT Sport league race. Not everyone reads forum so lets invite people on TS but also invite all or other friends in other communities and steam.

Yeah, spread the word, but lets also see what everyone else says.
I just tried the mod, and I'm impressed. Car feels great, no downforce, but not much power, just like I remember.
Great for drifting, careful on the chicanes. This mod will be good for close racing on smaller tracks
